We welcome kids from age 5 all the way up to 17. Younger children (5–8) focus on fundamentals, coordination, and fun movement. Older kids progress into more technical skill development and conditioning.
Absolutely not. Most of our kids start with zero boxing experience. Coach Touray designs every program from the ground up, meeting each child exactly where they are.
All they need is comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle. If they stick with it, we can guide you on gloves and other equipment later on.
Safety is our #1 priority. We use age-appropriate equipment and closely supervised drills. Sparring is introduced gradually and only for kids who are ready, always with proper gear and supervision.
